GRANDMA ZIMMERMAN'S DUTCH HONEY 
Great on waffles, pancakes, French toast, pound cake, ice cream, etc.

1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan, bring sugar, cream and corn syrup to a boil. Cook about 10 to 12 minutes, constantly stirring. Take off heat and stir in vanilla.

Store in refrigerator and warm as needed. Keeps several weeks.
