1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well and form around Deran chocolate mint. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
