BLACKENED SHRIMP 
2-3 lbs. shrimp, unpeeled
Butter
6 limes, sliced thin
6 tsp. black pepper
Any other seasonings to your preference

Put unpeeled shrimp in 9 x 12 inch pan. Put lots of pats of butter all over top and then load top with very thinly sliced limes. Sprinkle pepper over top and other seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove limes and sop up juice with garlic bread.
