BLUEBERRY PIE | |
CRUST: 1 c. plain flour 1 stick butter, softened 1 c. pecans, crushed 2ND LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted 1 sm. carton Cool Whip 3RD LAYER: 1 can blueberry pie filling Mix all crust ingredients together. Press into baking dish to form crust. Bake at 300 degrees until light brown. Let cool. Mix all ingredients together for 2nd layer, spread over crust. Then add blueberry pie filling for 3rd layer. Let chill 1 hour before serving. |
