1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Crispix cereal
4 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat; stirring constantly. Pour over cereal in large bowl; stir gently until coated. Place confectioners' sugar in large paper bag. Add cereal mixture to bag. About 1/4 at a time; shake until coated. Spread on tray to cool and dry. Store in airtight container.
