HOT DOG SAUCE 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 lb. hamburger
3 or 4 sweet pickles or 2 tbsp. sweet relish
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 med. bottle catsup
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 pts. chopped cabbage (3 c.)

Fry hamburger and onions in skillet with 1/2 cup Crisco. Add the rest and cook low heat for 30 to 35 minutes, stir often.
