AUTUMN PUMPKIN PIE | |
2 egg yolks 3 c. pumpkin 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 pkg. vanilla (not instant) pudding Beat egg yolks and add sugar; beat until sugar is dissolved. Combine flour and spices together. Stir in milk with eggs and sugar; beat. Mix with flour and spices well. Then add pudding. Pour into 2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees 35 minutes or until done. |
