ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE | |
2 lb. Ricotta 1 stick butter 3 eggs 4 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. half and half 1 tsp. vanilla 30 graham crackers, crushed until fine 1 stick very soft butter Roll out graham crackers until fine, mix with soft butter, press on the bottom of a cake pan, saving some for the top. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer until well blended, pour into crust. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 1 hour before cutting. |
