CHARLOTTE'S FETTUCCINE 
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. dry Vermouth
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 scant tsp. oregano
1/2 scant tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 stick butter
12 oz. fettuccine

Combine first 11 ingredients in bowl and blend thoroughly. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in sour cream and simmer 20 minutes. Combine sauce and fettuccine. 4 servings.
