CHARLOTTE'S PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 lb. can pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. corn oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs

In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In small bowl mix pumpkin, oil, water and eggs.

Fold 2 mixtures together.

Make in coffee cans. Grease and flour three 1 pound cans.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or make in tube or bundt pan.
