LAYERED TOSSED SALAD 
1 head chopped lettuce
4 green onions and tops, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen peas (thawed or cooked) (cool)
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise (stir in 2 tbsp. sugar into this)

Frost top of salad with mayonnaise. Let set. Can be refrigerated overnight. Sprinkle with bacon bits; toss before serving.
