CARROT CELERY CASSEROLE 
2 c. sliced blanched carrots
2 c. sliced blanched celery
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery soup
Bread crumbs, sauteed in butter, for top

Place ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
