SOUTHERN BARBECUED RIBS 
2 lbs. country style ribs, fat trimmed
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. hot water
1 bay leaf
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce

In 3 quart casserole put ribs, onion, water and bay leaf; cover and microwave at medium (5) for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn over at half time. Drain. Remove bay leaf. In mixing bowl blend remaining ingredients, pour over ribs. Microwave at 6 for 10 minutes. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
