TRINIDAD PORK CHOPS | |
4-6 pork chops oil, for frying fresh sliced mushrooms head of cabbage, cut into wedges salt and pepper, to taste Brown pork chops in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add sliced mushrooms (let some cook on bottom of skillet, my family loves the flavor). Add cabbage you have cut in wedges on top of pork chops. Cover with tight fitting lid. Cook slowly at about 300°F til' cabbage is cooked tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Cherry Kelso |
