VINEGAR PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar, adjust to personal taste
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Using Pie Crust dough recipe, roll pie dough on board. Spread dough with 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over this. Roll up and cut into 1 inch slices, arrange these in loaf pan. Sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon over this if desired. Pour water, vinegar, and sugar mixture over this, making sure liquid is covering roll ups. Add more mixture if you desire. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
