PASTA SHELLS WITH BROCCOLI 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
Salt
3/4 lb. pasta shells
1/4 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
Black pepper
2 - 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and chop. Cook pasta. Drain. Saute onion, parsley and garlic in oil and butter. Add broccoli, salt and pepper. Add pasta shells; toss and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add desired seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
