JUMBO PASTA SHELLS 
1 box jumbo pasta shells
3 c. Ricotta cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 c. Prego Italian sauce

Cook shells as directed. Drain and allow to dry on a layer of paper towels.

Combine cheeses with eggs and seasonings. Fill the shells with the cheese mixture. Place the shells in the dish and cover with the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
