CHEESE-BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 stick butter
49 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
16 oz. Cheez Whiz

Melt butter and saute vegetables until tender. Add pepper to taste. About 10-15 minutes.

Add flour to milk and mix, then add to broth; bring to a boil. Let thicken 5-10 minutes. Add Cheez Whiz and vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

This makes a large batch!
