BAKED RUSSIAN APRICOT CHICKEN 
2 frying chickens, cut up
1 bottle Russian Dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 jar apricot preserves
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place chicken in a baking dish skin side up. Put 1/2 mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then uncover and put rest of mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 more minutes.
