ALECIA HAM & EGGS | |
1 1/2 c. country ham, finely chopped 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 2/3 c. cracker crumbs 2 lg. cans cream of mushroom soup 6 med. eggs You need a 2 quart casserole or dish. Put a layer of each ham, eggs and mushroom in casserole dish. Mix soup and milk to make sauce. Pour 1/2 of sauce over layers. Repeat process and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. |
