1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 slices cooked ham
3 English muffins, split
6 eggs, poached

Toast muffins. Poach eggs. In saucepan, combine soup, milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, place a slice of ham on each muffin half, top with a poached egg and pour sauce over top.
