SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
12 slices Canadian bacon or chunks of ham or sausage pieces
2 1/2 dozen eggs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (13 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cream 9x13 inch dish. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Scramble eggs; add a little milk. Combine milk, soup and mushrooms.

Layer ingredients: 1 layer of meat, 1 layer of eggs, 1 layer soup. Repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand 5 to 10 minutes to set.
