SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
18 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the melted butter in a 9x13 inch pan. With a pastry brush, coat bottom and sides.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs; blend in sour cream, milk, salt, and onions. Pour into prepared pan; bake for 35 minutes until set but not dry.
