TOMATO SALAD (PARADICSOM SALATA) 
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. parsley

Combine in a screw top jar. Shake well and store in refrigerator. Rinse 5 tomatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Shake dressing; add to tomatoes, as much as you want and serve.
