RUSSEL STOVER CANDY 
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
5 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 sticks butter

Cream butter, sugar and milk. Mix in remaining ingredients. Chill 30 minutes. Roll into small balls. Chill overnight or freeze for a short time. Dip in chocolate or butterscotch "melts".
