TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Melt butter, water and cocoa. Place in mixing bowl and stir in flour, sugar and salt, do not use beater. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. marshmallow creme
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in double boiler. Add milk, cocoa, vanilla and marshmallow and bring to a boil. Add sifted powdered sugar and nuts. Stir until well blended.
