TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
3-4 lb. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tbsp. freshly ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder or 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large disposable plastic bag

In a disposable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic powder, black pepper. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Wash and cut chicken wings and add to the soy sauce marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour or longer. Place chicken wings on cookie sheet. Discard marinade.

Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes. Great for grilling too!
