AMANDA'S FAVORITE CHICKEN
TERIYAKI
 
2 (3 lb.) fryers
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. hot water

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar. Add hot water, stir until sugar melts. Pour over chicken.

Fry on medium heat until liquid thickens and clings to chicken, turning chicken frequently, about 20 to 30 minutes.

If you like sweeter sauce, add more brown sugar.
