TERIYAKI GRILLED CHICKEN | |
1 pkg. chicken breasts or thigh fillets 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. dry sherry or cooking sherry 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger Combine soy sauce, sherry, oil and ginger. Place chicken in marinade and let stand at least 30 minutes. Grill on barbecue on both sides until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. |
