JAPANESE CHESS PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
