PECAN CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Handful of raisins (opt.)

Melt butter and add blended sugar and meal. Add eggs, vinegar and vanilla. Add nuts and raisins (if used) and mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake approximately 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
