STEAK AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE BAKE 
6 sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 med. green peppers, cut in 1/8's
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/4's
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup water

Slice sausage and brown well. Drain fat, reserving 2 tablespoons brown beef in this. Cook onion until tender, add green pepper and fry 1 minute longer, stirring. Place in 1 1/2 to 3 quart casserole and add potatoes and beans. Sprinkle with seasoning and mix lightly. Add bouillon; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until beef and potatoes are tender.
