ANNE'S COLE SLAW 
Cabbage, sliced
1 green & red pepper
1 onion
4 carrots, grated

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice and/or grate salad ingredients. Put aside. Put oil, water, cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed in saucepan on medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil. Keep at boil 5 minutes. Put salad ingredients in large bowl. Add the boiled dressing. This will keep up to one month in the refrigerator.
