COLESLAW 
1/2 head each white and red cabbage, chopped
3 carrots, grated
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Mix dressing ingredients well. Mix slaw ingredients, then pour dressing over. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve.
