1 c. soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla; work in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together. Shape into 1" balls. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until set but not brown. While warm, roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again. |
