SHRIMP NEGRA 
2 lb. med. shrimp in shells
1 lb. butter
1 oz. finely milled fresh black pepper
Cayenne pepper to taste
Shot of Worcestershire sauce
Squeeze of lemon to taste

Wash and dry raw shrimp. Melt butter over low heat. Add all the cayenne, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon. Place shrimp one layer deep in a 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 inch (or so) pan with sides. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. Broil 3 minutes on first side and 2 minutes on second side. Shrimp are done when they turn from translucent blue to pink.
