SHRIMP ERNIE | |
2 lb. raw shrimp, prepare for frying (devein, remove shell & tails) 1 pt. Wesson oil 1 tbsp. salt 1 pod garlic, chopped fine 4 tbsp. catsup 1 tsp. paprika Put shrimp on sides in shallow pan. Marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours in sauce. Remove sauce so that shrimp is not covered. Broil under flame until lightly browned. Turn shrimp. Add sauce if needed. Brown both sides 3-5 minutes. Serve on a hot plate with frilled toothpicks. This will be an "all time favorite" for an appetizer or fish course. |
