 Linda Beebe (Texas) says:
Question... drained peaches or with juice? I have been introduced to HEB Mango/peach jam that I want to try in this but don't know whether to add to juice or not. The jam made a great tart so I'm sure it would improve on the filling, but the topping is what's intriguing.

Pour peaches and juice into dish. Add Bisquick mixed with sugar over all. Don't forget the butter. Easy!

I made this for the family last night and it was a great success!! This has to be my favorite peach cobbler recipe ever! I sprinkled with cinnamon before baking, and I think gave it an extra touch. :)

Easy to mix but all the dry ingredients did not get moist.. I think it needs a little more juice added to it.. I tried adding extra butter to the top to moisten it after it was done...

This peach cobbler recipe really was quick, easy & delicious, though a touch too sweet. Next time a will use a bit less sugar than called for, & add cinnamon :)
