BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs, beaten to blend
2 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
21 oz. can blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix crumbs, powdered sugar and butter in medium bowl. Press into bottom of prepared dish using fork. Mix sugar, cream cheese and eggs in medium bowl until smooth. Spread over crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool. Stir lemon juice into pie filling. Spread over cheese mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve. (12 servings).
