CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
3 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 whole chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
Grated cheese

Boil chicken in water and after it has cooked save water (broth). In a pan mix together soup, mushrooms, mayonnaise, chicken broth and cooking sherry. While boning chicken and removing skin, cook noodles in remaining water (broth). Drain noodles and add ingredients. Add boned chicken. Stir to mix ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Grate cheese over top before cooking.
