MICROWAVE FISH FILLETS 
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. white wine
1 sm. (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt to taste
6 fish fillets

Place onion and butter in microwave safe dish. Cook on high 3 minutes. Add wine, tomato paste and seasonings, stir to blend; cook on medium 2 minutes. Salt fish fillets, roll skin side out, place fillets on end in baking dish, spoon sauce over. Cook on high 5 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
