BARBECUE BEEF SANDWICHES 
6 lbs. rump roast
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 lg. bottle catsup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Cut beef into 5 or pieces. Place in roaster. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Heat to boiling on top of stove. Bake in 300 degree oven covered for 6 hours or until done. Flake meat apart with fork.
