MOM'S SQUASH PUFF 
1 qt. cooked squash
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows are slightly browned.
