JELLIED AMBROSIA 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. frozen orange juice, diluted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. fresh orange sections
1 1/2 c. banana slices
1/4 c. angel flake coconut
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved

Soften gelatin in a little cold water. Add boiling water and sugar and stir until dissolved. Add remaining juices and chill until partially set. Fold in fruits and pour in 1 quart mold. Chill until set. 6 servings.
