BAKED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
White sauce
Cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper

Wash and cut off leaves of cauliflower. Break into flowerettes. Partially precook cauliflower; drain. Place in buttered baking dish.

Make White Sauce: 2 tablespoons butter. Melt butter in small saucepan add 3-4 tablespoons flour. Blend until all flour mixed. Add milk and stir until you have the amount and consistency needed. Add salt and pepper. Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 25 minutes.
