UNCLE DAN'S LOW-CAL PASTA SALAD 
4 c. rotini noodles, cooked and drained
1/3 c. green onion
2 c. broccoli florets
1/3 c. carrots, cut at thin angle slice
1 c. mild cheddar cheese, small cubes
1 c. sliced fresh tomato
3/4 to 1 c. sliced olives
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Uncle Dan's low calorie dressing

Combine salad dressing, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add noodles, cheese, broccoli, green onions, carrots, and olives; mix lightly. Chill. Arrange tomatoes on top of salad; sprinkle with walnuts.
