LOW - CAL JELLO SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello (sugar free)
1 can unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add other ingredients and refrigerate. May put light Cool Whip on top if desired. May use any frozen fruit or flavor of Jello desired.
