LOW - CAL SPINACH - MUSHROOM
SALAD
 
4 c. fresh spinach leaves, washed, dried, torn into bite-size bits
8 fresh lg. mushrooms, sliced
Freshly ground pepper to taste
4 tbsp. diet dressing or lemon juice

Divide spinach and mushrooms among 4 bowls. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve each salad with 1 tablespoon dressing or lemon juice. Serves 4. 20 caloires per serving.
