LOW CAL CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
18 oz. white meat chicken, cooked & diced
4 sm. apples, cut up sm.
1 c. pineapple chunks
4 tbsp. reduced cal. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 oz. almonds, chopped

Toss all ingredients together and divide into 6 servings. Place each serving onto salad greens. Serves 6.
