2 c. diced chicken breast, leave chunky 1 c. chopped apples, tart kind are best 1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained well 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1/4 c. chopped almonds Mayonnaise to hold all together Toss all ingredients together. Spoon individual servings on salad greens. Yield 6 servings, approximately 220 calories per serving. Delicate flavor, pretty color and crunchy texture makes this a delightful salad combination. |
